Cheezy Slice

Terms of Use

Last updated 29 October 2026. This page covers this website and the small application that posts to our X account.

1. Who we are

Cheezy Slice is an independent project. You can reach us at Email Cheezy Slice. A person answers that address.

2. What this site is

This website is information about a meme token on Solana called Cheezy Slice ($CHEEZY). At the time of writing the token has not launched. Nothing on this site is for sale: there is no presale, no allocation, no reservation and no deposit.

When the token launches, the contract address will be published here and in our Telegram channel. We will never ask for a seed phrase, a private key, or a payment to reserve anything.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. Tokens of this kind can lose all of their value. You are responsible for your own decisions and for checking any contract address against a source you trust before you trade.

4. Third-party services

This site links to other services — X, Telegram, pump.fun and chart providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.

5. The posting application

We operate a small application via the X API that publishes posts to our own account, @cheezy_slice. It posts original short texts with images we have made. It does not send automated replies, mentions or direct messages, and it does not read, collect or store data about other X users.

6. Availability and changes

This site and the posting application are provided as they are, with no promise of availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them at any time. These terms may be updated; the date above will change when they are.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, from reliance on anything published here, or from the token market. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under New Zealand consumer law that cannot be limited.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
